Working as a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in “ABREEC Consultant Pvt. Ltd”.Provides expertise and leadership in technology-based intellectual design and consultancy services in planning, designing, monitoring and rehabilitation of public and private infrastructure through sustainable built of environment. Review and evaluate all design components for different nature of projects.Reviews contract documents and assists with procurement, pre-bid conferences, and evaluations.Monitors execution for compliance with schedule, budget, quality, safety, and overall conformance with the contract documents. Attends progress meetings, and delivers presentations as required. Assists in negotiating with contractors regarding changes to design, construction work scope, and schedules. Develops and implements a quality audit program, monitors contractor corrective actions, and ensures a quality project conforming to plans and specifications. Monitors claims, suggests ways to mitigate impacts, and develops workarounds. Coordinates activities with other authority staff, departments, and public agencies. Supports Authority safety vision and complies with all safety rules, policies, and procedures; maintains accountability for safety performance of subordinate personnel. Maintain knowledge on all require technologies and assist in advance research to design and build environment friendly structures. The key points are enlisted as:
- Define clients’ needs and translate them into designs for new facilities and renovation of existing structures.
- Conduct initial fact-finding surveys, project inception, formulation, and concept planning.
- Manage and supervise engineering projects for clients.
- Supervisedeveloper and contractors as specialist to monitor quality control and quality assurance.
- Organize the project logistics, including purchasing and supply chain management.
- Liaising with the clients,development authorities and manufacturers.

Graduated in 2011 and worked in Bahria Town Rawalpindi for 2 years on Development Projects. Did MS Structural Engineering in 2014. Associated as a Faculty Member with The University of Lahore- Islamabad Campus Since April 2014. PhD in Structural Engineering is in progress. Having an experience of over 10 years in both field and academia.

Shah was graduated in 2017, have a dynamic experience in buildings, Roads(Motorway), Infrastructures, Management & Town Planning. Engr. M. A. Shah worked with Military Engineering Services at “Central Air Command Building 101”, “PAKISTAN AIR FORCE (PAF)” Base Lahore in 2017. After completing Central Air Command Building, joined “Lahore Sialkot Motorway Infrastructure Management”. LSMIM gave the ability about Roads & National highways. Engr. M. A. Shah was also the part of “50MW Coal Fire Power Plant” with “PAKISTAN ATOMIC ENERGY COMMISSION (PAEC)”. After this joined the Town planning developing “Jinnah Garden Phase 02 Islamabad”, which is the part of “Federal Employee Co-operative Housing Society”. Supervised and execute the “JINAAH GARDEN PHASE 02” from 0 level. Also, have a good experience in, “Buildings, Roads, Town Planning, Infrastructures, Monitoring, Planning, Scheduling, Execution, Management, Supervision, and Developing”. Working in “ABREEC Consultants Pvt Ltd” as a MANAGING DIRECTOR (MD). Engr. M. A. Shah is also “Social Activist, Youth Parliamentarian, Golfer, Artist, Snooker Man, calligrapher and Technical Person”.
